Overview

College Atlas helps students organize their university schedule. This policy explains what data the app handles and why. We do not run ads, we do not track you across apps, and we never sell your data.

Your account

You sign in with Apple or an email link. We store your email address (or the private relay address Apple provides) to identify your account.

University credentials

If you connect your university account, your university username and password are stored only on your device, in the iOS Keychain. They are sent exclusively to your university's own servers to fetch your data. They are never transmitted to or stored on College Atlas servers.

Academic data

Your timetable, course list, and related academic information are fetched from your university and stored on College Atlas servers, linked to your account, solely to display them in the app and keep them in sync across sessions.

Data deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all academic data stored on our servers. Credentials stored on the device are removed when you sign out or delete the app.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact us at support@collegeatlas.app.
